Happy (Colgems) Halloween
Although Colgems did not produce any Halloween-type records, you could pretty much place a safe bet on the fact that the Monkees merchandising machine would try to get all the kids to dress up like their heroes (at least Davy and Micky).

There were also Mike and Peter costumes made by they were harder to find.

Yes, I believe that you are right about that. I searched for photos, but couldn't find any.
If I wore any of these during that time, it probably would have been the Mike one, because he was, and still is, my favorite member of the group.
