On the Air Link

Here is the link to the show I did last week.

DJ Frank Todd was very engaging, I had a lot of fun, and I hope to do it again someday soon.

And yes, there are Colgems mentions on the show, plus one song each from the Monkees and Sally Field and Co. from "The Flying Nun."

There are also solo Davy Jones and Peter Tork tracks that were not released on Colgems.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

On the Air

Last night, I recorded an Internet radio show with DJ Frank Todd where I spoke about a number of subjects, including my interest in the Monkees and the Colgems record label.

If you want to access the show, here are the dates that it will be run.

I can tell you now that among the music that was played were those by the Monkees (P.O. Box 9847) and  by Sally Field and the rest of the cast of "The Flying Nun" ("Months of the Year).

Other artists' music is on the show, but these two tunes, along with some solo music by Peter Tork (and the New Monks!) and David Jones (not Davy, so that should give you a hint about what era the song came from), are also featured.

Thus, even though it isn't a Monkees/Colgems show per se, there is a big hint of this material on the show.

Please listen, and let me know what you think!
